We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in C++ to lead the development of core systems powering our intelligent robotic platforms. In this role, you’ll architect and implement high-performance software at the intersection of real-time robotics and machine learning. You’ll take technical ownership of critical components, mentor team members, and help shape the future of our robotics software stack.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead engineering best practices around code quality, testing, modularity, and documentation to improve team velocity and maintainability
  • Design, implement, and optimize key components of our robotics software stack in C++ and Python
  • Lead the integration of machine learning algorithms into real-time systems, ensuring low-latency, high-reliability performance
  • Develop efficient and scalable data pipelines using Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and scikit-learn
  • Drive architectural decisions across perception, planning, and control systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ML, hardware, product) to define and execute on roadmap goals
  • Profile and optimize performance-critical code on CPU and GPU
  • Ensure robust software quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in robotics or related domains
  • Advanced proficiency in modern C++ (Python is a plus)
  • Experience integrating machine learning models into embedded or real-time robotic systems
  • Familiarity with robotics middleware (e.g., ROS, ROS2), motion planning, and hardware interfaces
  • Solid grasp of system-level software design, concurrency, memory management, and optimization
  • Comfortable operating in a Linux-based development environment
