Coordinates daily HR administration, recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee records, payroll and benefits coordination, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR reporting. Supports HR programs, policies, sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, and employee feedback initiatives while handling confidential information and maintaining accurate records.

Provide administrative and coordination support for contracts from drafting through execution: prepare and revise agreements, document reviews, create meeting minutes, process DocuSign and hard-copy agreements, maintain Excel trackers and OneDrive files, communicate deliverables and updates to project teams, subcontractors, and clients, and ensure compliance with Path's internal guidelines.

The Controller will oversee administrative, financial, and risk management operations, improve accounts payable and receivable processes, and analyze corporate financials and insurance programs.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage invoices, ensure accurate payments, maintain vendor relationships, and assist during audits.

The Accounting Specialist will handle daily cash reports, credit card transactions, intercompany transactions, sales tax reports, and assist in month-end close tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
