Recruits construction candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms; evaluates applications, posts positions, maintains ATS records, conducts phone screens and interviews, performs reference checks, schedules interviews, follows up with applicants, supports recruiting events, and assists with new-hire orientation.

Coordinates daily HR administration, recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee records, payroll and benefits coordination, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR reporting. Supports HR programs, policies, sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, and employee feedback initiatives while handling confidential information and maintaining accurate records.

Develops, tests, deploys, and integrates AI-powered applications and custom software across construction business functions. Identifies automation opportunities, builds proprietary tools, connects solutions with enterprise platforms, evaluates emerging AI technologies, and ensures security, privacy, and responsible AI practices. Collaborates with technical and business teams to translate operational needs into practical solutions and communicates effectively across the organization.
