Provide administrative and coordination support for contracts from drafting through execution: prepare and revise agreements, document reviews, create meeting minutes, process DocuSign and hard-copy agreements, maintain Excel trackers and OneDrive files, communicate deliverables and updates to project teams, subcontractors, and clients, and ensure compliance with Path's internal guidelines.

The Controller will oversee administrative, financial, and risk management operations, improve accounts payable and receivable processes, and analyze corporate financials and insurance programs.

The Director of Development will lead the company's development strategy, oversee project sourcing and financing, manage teams, and ensure financial feasibility.
