Lead and oversee the bloom team at Passion City Church's Trilith location, cultivate staff and Door Holder teams, communicate with parents, assist in special events, and participate in city-wide meetings.

Lead the High School and Middle School Student ministry at Passion City Church at Trilith by creating and curating content, planning and executing weekly gatherings, coordinating events, and nurturing relationships with students and parents.

The Junior Content Creator will assist in executing creative content for social media and other outlets for Passion City Church. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Creative Initiatives & Content Director, creating content aligned with the organization's beliefs, managing project timelines, and staying updated on industry trends.

Support the Experience Lead and Door Holder teams in delivering a remarkable guest experience at the 515 location. Oversee and ensure standards are met in cleanliness, environment look + feel, and Door Holder practices. Collaborate with various teams to provide optimal guest experience. Manage scheduling, expenses, and relationships related to off-site parking and shuttles. Recruit and invest in key Door Holders and coordinate on-boarding processes for all Experience teams.

The Senior Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for prototyping, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end solutions for Passion Equip. They will collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers, and lead interactions with technical third parties.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy for Passion Equip. This includes driving brand awareness and user engagement through various marketing campaigns and advertising.

Provide technical leadership to both Production staff and Door Holders, creating an environment where staff can grow in understanding how to use their gifts to bring glory to God utilizing production technology.

Responsible for leading the software engineering initiatives for all Passion organizations. Oversee engineering, maintaining and improving applications, tooling, and integrations. Use technical knowledge and creative thinking to provide innovative solutions. Play a critical role in design, planning, programming, and deployment. Ensure scalability and reliability of implemented solutions. Assist in growing the engineering team.

Act as the Video Director and/or Engineer for Passion gatherings and events by striving for excellent and inspiring video experiences at Passion.

The Music Director is responsible for playing keys, directing bands, developing tracks, and supporting the worship/creative team at Passion City Church. They should have at least 5 years of experience playing keys and music directing, and be proficient in Ableton, MainStage, Logic Pro X, and ProTools.
