The role requires senior technical-commercial leadership, quantum or related scientific expertise, and extensive experience in technical sales or business development.

Drive end-to-end B2B sales across APAC, with emphasis on Taiwan and Singapore, including strategy, prospecting, enterprise account management, negotiations, deal closing, revenue growth, event representation, and leadership of regional technical sales operations. Collaborate with global sales, marketing, business development, and R&D teams while reporting commercial performance and tailoring solutions for strategic clients in quantum computing, HPC, and AI.

Own the strategy and roadmap for quantum optimization applications, translating customer problems into measurable, commercially viable products. Lead customer discovery, prototyping, requirements definition, metrics, ROI modeling, and prioritization. Collaborate with Solutions, Algorithms, Software, Cloud, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to integrate applications into customer workflows and scale successful engagements. Monitor quantum and classical optimization technologies and contribute to intellectual property development.

Develop quantum error-correcting codes, decoding methods, logical error models, fault-tolerant operations, and simulation tools for neutral-atom quantum hardware. Benchmark QEC performance using realistic noise models and experimental data, contribute architectural inputs for future QPUs, document technical work, support patents, and represent Pasqal at conferences. The role requires collaboration across theoretical, numerical, and experimental disciplines.

Lead UK regional sales for PASQAL’s quantum computing products and services. Own strategy, prospecting, enterprise account management, negotiations, full-cycle deal execution, revenue growth, and sales target achievement. Build executive-level client relationships, communicate technical value propositions, represent PASQAL at industry events, coordinate with marketing, R&D, and global sales teams, manage regional technical sales operations, and report commercial performance to leadership.

Lead regional sales across the Nordic and Benelux markets, managing the full B2B sales cycle for PASQAL’s quantum computing products and services. Responsibilities include developing territory and growth strategies, managing strategic accounts, prospecting enterprise clients, communicating technical value propositions, negotiating contracts, reporting sales performance, representing the company at industry events, and coordinating with marketing, sales, business development, and R&D teams.

Lead regional sales across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for PASQAL’s quantum computing solutions. Own strategy, prospecting, enterprise account management, negotiations, end-to-end deal closure, revenue growth, and sales target achievement. Build executive-level client relationships, represent the company at industry events, collaborate with marketing, R&D, and global sales teams, and oversee regional technical sales operations. Regular travel throughout the DACH region is required.

Develop and deploy machine-learning methods within quantum protocols, investigate quantum machine-learning applications, and collaborate on fault-tolerant quantum algorithms. The role involves customer engagement, assessing quantum advantage, preparing publications and intellectual property, presenting technical results, and contributing to R&D projects. Candidates should hold a technical PhD, possess quantum computing and software development knowledge, and preferably have experience with scientific machine learning, quantum error correction, and resource estimation.

Develop, integrate and deploy PasqOS on QPUs: implement features and drivers, troubleshoot QPU systems, integrate with cloud and software ecosystem, optimize performance, and support deployment and testing.

Develop and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms and subroutines, focusing on quantum error correction, circuit compilation, and quantum machine learning. Collaborate with hardware teams, customers, and academics, prepare publications and patents, and present results at conferences.

Assemble and test high-precision opto-mechanical subsystems for quantum processing units, execute and document test plans, repair/rework components, set up alignment and test benches, prepare workstations, provide engineering feedback, support quality and manufacturing tasks, and drive continuous improvement.

Design, simulate, fabricate, integrate and test optical components for integrated photonic circuits. Produce fabrication drawings, analyze test data, and optimize designs for high-volume production while collaborating with design, microfabrication, electronics and mechanical teams.
