Lead research and engineering of quantum-enhanced graph ML methods from research to deployment on Pasqal hardware. Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical models, own classical ML pipeline components, run large-scale simulations, collaborate with hardware teams, mentor juniors, and present results externally. Track advances, publish or patent when relevant, and translate business problems into technical approaches.

Lead quantum optimization client projects end-to-end: translate real problems into optimization formulations, prototype and benchmark solutions on Pasqal neutral-atom hardware and emulators, support commercial feasibility studies, and collaborate with R&D and engineering to deliver hardware-aware quantum solutions.

Adapt, integrate, and validate quantum and quantum‑enhanced machine learning methods for molecular and chemical client use-cases. Build end-to-end ML pipelines, select molecular representations, integrate with PASQAL QPUs and simulators, collaborate with R&D and chemistry experts, and produce reproducible code, documentation, and benchmarks.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver laser systems based on integrated photonic circuits. Maintain milestone-based project structures, manage timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications. Facilitate meetings, document decisions and follow-up actions, and coordinate across design, manufacturing, testing, product, and operations during development and transfer to production.
