Develop quantum error-correcting codes, decoding methods, logical error models, fault-tolerant operations, and simulation tools for neutral-atom quantum hardware. Benchmark QEC performance using realistic noise models and experimental data, contribute architectural inputs for future QPUs, document technical work, support patents, and represent Pasqal at conferences. The role requires collaboration across theoretical, numerical, and experimental disciplines.

Drive end-to-end B2B sales strategy, account management, prospecting, negotiations, and revenue growth across the GCC excluding Saudi Arabia. Build executive-level client relationships, communicate complex quantum-computing value propositions, manage regional sales engineering operations, support marketing and industry events, report performance, and collaborate with global sales and R&D teams. The role requires regular GCC travel and leadership of national or regional technical sales teams.

Lead UK regional sales for PASQAL’s quantum computing products and services. Own strategy, prospecting, enterprise account management, negotiations, full-cycle deal execution, revenue growth, and sales target achievement. Build executive-level client relationships, communicate technical value propositions, represent PASQAL at industry events, coordinate with marketing, R&D, and global sales teams, manage regional technical sales operations, and report commercial performance to leadership.
