Support Program Managers by planning, documenting, and tracking project progress and deliverables. Maintain project documents, prepare meeting minutes and presentations, develop tool tracking matrices, perform Excel-based financial analysis, consolidate issues across sites, communicate updates to customers and management, and assist with assembly/fabrication as needed in an office and manufacturing environment.

Lead automation programs from initiation through close: serve as primary customer contact, create and manage project plans, budgets, timelines and deliverables, coordinate suppliers and internal teams, resolve onsite issues and risks, report progress, and maintain project systems (e.g., AX).

Administer and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), execute document control, coordinate and conduct internal audits, support external registrar audits, manage compliance records and corrective/preventive actions, and collaborate across teams to maintain ISO 9001 certification readiness while supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 efforts.

Build and assemble tooling per drawings and customer specifications in a toolroom environment. Set up and operate mills, lathes, grinders, weld as needed, read blueprints, perform layout and precision measurement, and safely handle material using cranes and industrial trucks.
