Leads the end-to-end development and submission of customer RFQ proposals, coordinating schedules, resources, technical requirements, pricing inputs, and stakeholder updates. Supervises the Proposals team, collaborates with business development, estimating, engineering, operations, quality, and program management, and drives process improvements. Supports project kickoff and handoff activities, customer and design reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives within an automated manufacturing environment.
