Supports project managers and operations teams by coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules and documentation, tracking risks and issues, preparing reports and presentations, and communicating progress to customers and management. The role also develops tracking matrices, supports financial reviews using Excel, and may assist with assembly and fabrication in a manufacturing environment.

Administer and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), execute document control, coordinate and conduct internal audits, support external registrar audits, manage compliance records and corrective/preventive actions, and collaborate across teams to maintain ISO 9001 certification readiness while supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 efforts.

Leads machine tool integration activities, including layout, installation, and modification of automated mechanical systems. Provides daily direction, training, and leadership to machine builders while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance. Supports process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives, manages multiple priorities, and oversees work across Paslin facilities and customer sites in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
