Lead enterprise intelligence strategy and produce high-priority intelligence products assessing cybercriminal capabilities and activity. Conduct advanced strategic analysis, produce IC technical documentation, write detection signatures (Zeek/Snort), collaborate with interagency and development teams, and present findings to senior leadership. Contribute to planning and execution of large programs and maintain current threat and security tradecraft.

Perform roadway engineering and design tasks under senior guidance, produce plans, calculations, cost estimates, material requisitions, and technical reports using civil drafting and modeling software for regional transportation projects.

Lead roadway design from concept through final plans, prepare and review calculations and drawings, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, conduct site visits, ensure compliance with AASHTO/FHWA/state DOT standards, mentor junior staff, and assist with proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports.
