Administer construction, consultancy, and design contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor compliance, obligations, milestones, bonds, insurance, variations, claims, payments, and commercial risks. Assess contractual entitlement and cost or schedule impacts, support negotiations, draft notices and correspondence, maintain contract and claims registers, coordinate with project stakeholders, and support amendments, extensions, closeout, and final accounts.

Responsibilities include client engagement, portfolio growth, proposal leadership, budgeting, resource planning, delivery governance, risk and change management, staff mentoring, business development, and industry representation. The role requires transportation project experience in Alberta, professional engineering registration, and travel within Alberta.

Leads document control for large projects, supervising staff and administering electronic document management systems. Processes, tracks, distributes, archives, and retrieves project documentation while ensuring compliance with document control procedures, approvals, retention requirements, and client standards. Provides technical guidance, manages workflows and schedules, produces reports, supports users, and coordinates with project, engineering, construction, supplier, and home-office personnel. Requires extensive document control experience, strong MS Office skills, and security clearance eligibility.
