Participate in a rotational IT internship performing support, systems administration, cybersecurity, and business applications tasks. Learn IT principles, follow documentation and security protocols, assist troubleshooting, and gain exposure to various tools and technology functions.

Lead development, coordination, quality review, and management of BIM models and digital delivery. Create and maintain BIM Execution Plans, perform model audits, support CDE platforms, mentor junior staff, and advise stakeholders on BIM processes and digital transformation.

Lead the Halifax bridge and marine practice delivering feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs, FEA modeling, inspections and construction services. Manage projects end-to-end, lead and mentor a team of 5–10, develop proposals, win work, coordinate with clients and Parsons teams, and ensure compliance with bridge standards and regulations.
