The Customer Success Manager (EU) drives customer retention and value realization across European accounts through proactive engagement, relationship building, and collaboration with internal teams.

Develop and execute integrated, data-driven growth marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition. Conduct market research and audience segmentation, create multi-channel content and promotions, support product launches and GTM messaging, use CRM and automation to run campaigns, measure KPIs and ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize marketing performance.

Lead delivery of TrakSYS MES projects across discovery, design, build, test, cutover and go-live. Manage 3–4 concurrent projects, govern plans/RAIDD/finances/changes, coordinate technical teams, oversee SIT/UAT, and drive cutover, stabilization and transition to support.
