Owns the order-to-cash cycle, including order processing, billing, collections, and dispute resolution. Supports accounts payable, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and internal controls. Facilitate virtual and in-person TrakSYS bootcamps for employees, partners, and customers. Support learners through technical simulations, labs, office hours, Q&A, and live troubleshooting. Revise and develop training materials, coordinate technical reviews with subject matter experts, and conduct train-the-trainer sessions. The role requires strong technical fluency, adult learning facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills, with travel of up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Generates qualified pipeline in Europe through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, event engagement, partner outreach, and customer expansion support. The role researches accounts, engages executive stakeholders, qualifies leads, schedules meetings for Account Executives, maintains CRM data, reports pipeline metrics, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Channel teams.

Leads and scales Advisory, Delivery, and Support workstreams across a distributed technical services organization. Establishes shared operating standards, capacity planning, quality controls, SLAs, escalation processes, reporting, and governance. Oversees technical delivery outcomes, resource allocation, architecture quality, support coverage, hiring plans, onboarding, and partner collaboration. Partners with Enablement, Sales, Project Managers, and SI/GSI organizations to improve delivery predictability, utilization, client satisfaction, and technical excellence.

Provide Level 2 technical support for the TrakSYS platform, troubleshoot applications, respond to incidents, support upgrades and testing, document issues and knowledge base articles, and participate in rotating on-call and extended shifts.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive revenue growth by managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with manufacturing organizations on the East Coast, focusing on the TrakSYS platform for digital transformation initiatives.
