Manages occupational health, workplace safety, emergency preparedness, environmental compliance, inspections, incident investigations, and safety training across casino properties. Develops safety programs, conducts root-cause analyses, coordinates emergency drills, leads the Safety Committee, trains managers and team members, and serves as liaison with Cal/OSHA, fire departments, law enforcement, and EMS. The role requires supporting a 24/7 hospitality environment and traveling to California properties.

Provides administrative support to the HR department by organizing, maintaining, updating, retrieving, and disposing of physical and electronic personnel files. Assists with daily HR projects and assigned tasks while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, strong organization, and attention to detail. Uses Microsoft Office and standard office equipment to manage records and information.
