Assists the Cage Manager with casino cage operations, cash controls, budgets, staff hiring and training, fund variance investigations, audits, negotiable-item payments, chip records, security procedures, and regulatory compliance. Supervises and supports a multi-shift cage team while maintaining high guest service standards. Requires strong accounting, cash management, communication, organizational, and leadership skills in a casino or banking environment.
