Provides front-desk reception for an automotive dealership by greeting customers, answering and routing calls, operating phone and paging systems, screening calls, taking and delivering messages, maintaining phone directories, responding to general inquiries, notifying IT about phone issues, and performing assigned clerical duties.

Manages vehicle finance and insurance transactions, including structuring deals, securing lender approvals, selling finance products and service contracts, completing regulatory paperwork, tracking funding, and ensuring accurate documentation. Partners with sales and accounting teams, maintains lender relationships, supports deal closing, monitors finance performance, trains sales staff, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and dealership policies.

Sell Kia vehicles by guiding customers through purchases, demonstrations, test drives, financing handoffs, paperwork, delivery preparation, and post-sale follow-up. Build customer relationships, manage internet, phone, and showroom leads in the CRM, meet sales goals, maintain customer satisfaction, follow applicable automobile sales laws, and collaborate with finance, aftermarket, service, and management teams.
