Provides training, maintains accurate records, supports regulatory compliance, and communicates with employees, residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Lead nursing team shifts, administer medications, implement and document resident care plans and treatments, transcribe physician orders, educate staff on policies, maintain safety and infection control, and manage staffing coverage to ensure resident well-being.
