Supports multi-state and multi-entity tax compliance, reporting, planning, audits, and strategic initiatives. Prepares sales and use tax, property tax, CAT, gross receipts, business license, and income tax filings; reconciles tax accounts; researches tax laws; responds to notices; maintains registrations and documentation; strengthens controls and processes; and partners with accounting, finance, operations, external advisors, and taxing authorities.

Administer accurate, timely multi-state payroll across varied schedules, including taxes, deductions, garnishments, bonuses, final checks, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. Maintain payroll and 401(k) records, manage enrollments and contributions, resolve payroll issues, support audits and Form 5500 preparation, safeguard confidential information, and improve HR payroll processes and systems.

Dispenses prescriptions, counsels patients on medication use, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, oversees pharmacy technicians, manages inventory and workflow, maintains controlled-substance records, and supports safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy operations.
