Prepares sales and use tax, property tax, CAT, gross receipts, business license, and income tax filings; reconciles tax accounts; researches tax laws; responds to notices; maintains registrations and documentation; strengthens controls and processes; and partners with accounting, finance, operations, external advisors, and taxing authorities.

Maintain payroll and 401(k) records, manage enrollments and contributions, resolve payroll issues, support audits and Form 5500 preparation, safeguard confidential information, and improve HR payroll processes and systems.
