Support full-cycle HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, HRIS data entry, benefits and compensation administration, personnel file maintenance, policy development and compliance, employee relations, training, performance management, and HR program execution to foster positive organizational culture.

Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, schools, and community partners to increase inpatient and outpatient referrals. Deliver educational presentations, represent Parkside at events, track referral data in CRM/reporting systems, analyze trends, prepare reports, and travel throughout the service area for in-person outreach.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and support roles at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. Source, screen, coordinate interviews, verify credentials, maintain ATS records, ensure compliance, support workforce planning, and promote employer brand and onboarding.

Conducts intake screenings and telephone triage for psychiatric patients, assesses clinical risk, facilitates voluntary and emergency admissions, coordinates with medical staff, links clients to appropriate care and community resources, documents encounters, practices de-escalation and trauma-informed care, and advocates for patients.

Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephones, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, connectivity, MFA, and Microsoft 365 issues; manage onboarding/offboarding, inventory, deployments, and warranty coordination. Maintain Help Desk tickets, follow cybersecurity and HIPAA policies, escalate complex issues, and support end-user applications and endpoint security.

Support the Director of Nursing by overseeing nursing operations and leading clinical education. Manage orientation, competency validation, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, staffing support, and workforce development. Serve as a clinical resource, mentor staff, participate in audits and committees, and monitor educational and performance outcomes to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care.

Assess and manage insurance authorizations and appeals for inpatient/outpatient mental health services. Coordinate with clinicians, medical records, and business office to prevent recoupments, audit clinical services for payer compliance, track unauthorized services, and maintain documentation and managed-care knowledge.
