Source, appraise, negotiate, and acquire quality used vehicles from private parties, service drives, lease returns and online marketplaces for multiple dealership rooftops. Monitor market values, manage inventory metrics (turn, days-to-sale, cost-to-market), coordinate with sales leadership, and travel between locations as needed.

Engage customers to assess vehicle needs, present Ford models and features, negotiate terms, complete paperwork, follow up for satisfaction, and collaborate with the sales team to meet targets.
