In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide knowledgeable advice on Ford models, and guide them through the sales process to ensure a positive and seamless experience.

- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Ford vehicles.

- Negotiate sales terms and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford products, promotions, and financing options.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team and dealership staff to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
