Provide administrative support for the Academic Center: open/close center, assist students, answer phones, manage supplies, schedule meetings, staff and proctor the Testing Center, prepare exams and trimester materials, maintain confidentiality, and complete tasks assigned by academic leadership.

Provide front-desk reception and administrative support for a campus clinic: greet and register patients, manage patient files and inventory, verify insurance, answer phones, launder gowns, handle check-in/check-out of equipment, maintain confidentiality per HIPAA, and perform other clinic office duties per procedures.

Lead institutional effectiveness, assessment, and research activities. Manage assessment cycles, accreditation support, data collection/analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and continuous quality improvement. Coordinate cross-functional projects, implement reporting systems, conduct benchmarking and strategic research, and deliver training and consultation to support evidence-based decision-making.
