Provides operational, executive, analytical, and project support to the Provost’s Office. Manages academic processes including faculty advancement, handbook updates, accreditation activities, policy implementation, strategic-plan monitoring, course evaluations, faculty credentialing, and reporting. Coordinates stakeholders, maintains confidential records, develops dashboards and databases, analyzes institutional data, prepares executive materials, and troubleshoots evaluation and information-management issues.

The Assistant Professor will teach anatomy courses and laboratories, design curricula and assessments, manage courses and grades, advise and support students, monitor academic progress, participate in accreditation and institutional effectiveness activities, and contribute to scholarly research, professional development, and university service.

Provide front-desk reception and administrative support for a campus clinic: greet and register patients, manage patient files and inventory, verify insurance, answer phones, launder gowns, handle check-in/check-out of equipment, maintain confidentiality per HIPAA, and perform other clinic office duties per procedures.
