Manage procurement, inventory, distribution, and pricing of petroleum products. Forecast demand, negotiate supply agreements, coordinate logistics and transportation, oversee hedging program, monitor KPIs, and optimize margins and inventory across terminals, bulk plants, and retail locations.

Drive growth in residential, commercial, retail, and agricultural propane and fuel oil markets by prospecting, quoting, obtaining permits, and maintaining customer relationships. Collaborate with sales, service, and plant managers, submit weekly reports, and represent the company professionally.

Schedule and dispatch service work orders, coordinate with technicians and customers, process completed work orders for billing and invoicing, perform data entry and filing, provide phone and email customer support, and maintain records to support office operations.

Load, transport, and deliver petroleum products safely and timely to company bulk plants and local customers, following safety and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and update accounting records, reconcile bank statements, prepare tax returns, support audits and closings, process accounts payable/receivable, assist budgeting, and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
