Load, transport, and deliver petroleum products safely and timely to company bulk plants and local customers, following safety and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and update accounting records, reconcile bank statements, prepare tax returns, support audits and closings, process accounts payable/receivable, assist budgeting, and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Drive growth in residential, commercial, retail, and agricultural propane and fuel oil markets by prospecting, quoting, obtaining permits, and maintaining customer relationships. Collaborate with sales, service, and plant managers, submit weekly reports, and represent the company professionally.

Schedule and dispatch service work orders, coordinate with technicians and customers, process completed work orders for billing and invoicing, perform data entry and filing, provide phone and email customer support, and maintain records to support office operations.

Sell propane and fuel oil to residential, commercial, retail, and agricultural customers. Build and maintain customer relationships, perform cold calls, prepare quotes, obtain permits, coordinate with service and plant managers, submit weekly sales reports, and meet sales goals with guidance from the Sales Manager.

Answer phones to take delivery orders and payments, set up new customer accounts in the company system, and perform daily clerical tasks (paperwork, filing) while providing general office support and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
