Teams at Park Bank

Develop and maintain client relationships to originate mortgage loans, prospect via cold calls and networking, assess client needs and match mortgage products, initiate applications and disclosures, coordinate handoffs and closings with partners, maintain product and regulatory knowledge, and provide excellent client service while meeting sales goals.

Lead operational and administrative functions of the bank's credit area, overseeing Underwriting and Credit teams. Manage data integration and analysis for independent credit risk assessments, ensure regulatory and IT compliance, provide reporting to executives and the Board, evaluate credit quality through portfolio and individual reviews, analyze borrower financial performance, support audits and special projects, and drive policy and process improvements.

Provide compliance guidance across bank operations, perform monitoring and internal audits, support regulatory exams, develop and deliver training, review products and marketing for regulatory adherence, and collaborate with departments to remediate compliance gaps.
