Jobs at Park Avenue Coffee

Entry-level coffee production role supporting roasting operations, packaging, labeling, order fulfillment, workspace organization, cupping, and quality control. The position offers training in sample roasting, roast theory, quality evaluation, and eventually production roasting. Candidates should be detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive physical work, able to lift 50–75 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a warm production environment. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.

Provide clerical support across five cafe locations: process orders, invoicing, shipping labels, customer communication, inventory tracking, wholesale and phone/online order support, and occasional event assistance.
