Investigate difficult public and municipal data sources, reconstruct and validate datasets, design data models, and build production systems for acquiring and refreshing data. The role partners with operations and state expansion teams, prototypes solutions, reviews TypeScript, uses PostgreSQL and spatial data, and owns reliable production implementations supporting affordable housing site selection.

Own end-to-end launches of affordable housing scoring configurations for new states. Translate state housing guidelines into system logic, execute scripts and data operations, validate scoring with SQL, perform QA, manage timelines and risks, resolve rule ambiguities, and support customers through scoring updates. The role combines technical implementation, project management, quality assurance, and customer advocacy without requiring traditional software engineering.
