Build relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver clinically relevant product education, execute consultative selling and patient access strategies, analyze territory data, and achieve sales objectives. The role requires strong clinical and business acumen, CRM discipline, compliance, collaboration, and occasional overnight travel.

Partners with Commercial business leaders to develop and execute people strategies covering organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, leadership coaching, employee relations, engagement, change management, and risk mitigation. Uses workforce analytics and HR technologies to inform decisions, supports HR programs, and collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, and Compliance to improve organizational performance and employee experience.

Serve as HR Business Partner to Commercial leaders, delivering talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, workforce analytics, and integrated HR solutions. Coach leaders, drive adoption of HR programs, resolve employee relations issues, support engagement and retention, and use HR systems and data to inform decisions and improve HR effectiveness.
