Provides direct instruction, tutoring, academic feedback, and behavioral support to students in a tiered Recovery program. Develops and implements behavior support plans based on FBAs, supports IEPs and 504 plans, documents student progress, collaborates with teachers and specialists, and assists with parent communication, attendance, discipline, school operations, and student supervision.

Supports classroom instruction and student development through small-group and individual instruction, assessment, lesson planning, grading, behavioral management, and implementation of IEP, 504, BIP, and FBA programs. Maintains student documentation, communicates with teachers and administrators, supports substitute coverage, participates in school committees and duties, and assists with special projects. Works collaboratively to support students with exceptional needs while complying with FERPA, FAPE, and other education requirements.

Manages front-office operations for a school, including student and staff intake, records, reporting, events, communications, workflow, facilities coordination, bookkeeping procedures, fundraising support, and stakeholder relationships. Advises the operations team, supports human resources processes, maintains compliance with applicable regulations, contributes to strategic planning and special projects, and represents the organization at meetings and public events. The role requires occasional evening, weekend, and additional hours for organizational activities.

Supports middle school classroom instruction through small-group and individual teaching, assessment, grading, lesson planning, data analysis, behavioral management, and substitute coverage. Implements IEP, 504, BIP, and FBA requirements for students with exceptional needs, maintains documentation and reports, communicates with teachers and families, participates in school committees and duties, and assists with special projects and school operations.

Provides comprehensive nursing care for students, including assessments, first aid, health screenings, immunization and illness management, referrals, documentation, and individualized health care planning. Collaborates with families, school personnel, physicians, and community agencies to support continuity of care and a healthy school environment. Maintains regulatory compliance, contributes to school health programs, provides health education, and participates in school support teams and reporting.

Assists with school staff, volunteers, events, fundraising, special projects, and community relationships. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather, animal handling, gardening, manual labor, occasional evenings and weekends, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
