Leads the company’s hybrid Azure and on-premises technology platform, overseeing infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, security, disaster recovery, desktop support, and telecommunications. Builds and manages an eight-person technical team while remaining 50% hands-on. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, observability, availability, cost optimization, compliance, incident response, change management, and executive stakeholder communication. The role is fully onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Own enterprise network and infrastructure operations across hybrid datacenter and cloud environments. Manage VMware, Nutanix migration, storage, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, load balancing, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, secure data transfers, certificates, and Windows infrastructure. Improve automation, monitoring, security hardening, incident response, documentation, and operational reliability. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and participate in on-call support.

Leads the organization’s IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, IT operations, and NetSuite ERP environment. Manages IT personnel, budgets, vendors, cybersecurity programs, enterprise applications, system integrations, technology projects, disaster recovery, compliance, and end-user support. Partners with executives and department leaders to align technology with business goals, improve operational efficiency, ensure system reliability and security, and drive continuous improvement.
