Handles certificate management, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, incident response, change management, automation, documentation, and on-call support. Manages IT personnel, vendors, budgets, technology projects, system integrations, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Oversees enterprise applications, networks, cloud services, user access, support, and cybersecurity programs while partnering with executives and department leaders to improve operational efficiency and technology scalability.

Leads the company’s technology platform, hybrid Azure and on-premises infrastructure, DevOps/SRE, security, disaster recovery, and end-user support. Responsibilities include managing an eight-person engineering team, setting platform strategy and operational KPIs, architecting highly available systems, implementing Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, security controls, ITSM processes, and backup/restore capabilities. The role also manages vendors, drives cloud cost optimization, leads incident response, and presents technology performance to executive leadership.
