Paragon Investment Holdings is a Namibia-based diversified investment group founded by Desmond Amunyela and Lazarus Jacobs. It owns and operates businesses across aviation support, hospitality, travel retail and duty-free, fishing and food production, media and publishing, and property development, with additional interests in oil and gas and mining. Operating across Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe, the group aims to build Namibia’s economy, empower Namibians, and drive growth beyond its borders.
