Serve as a senior HR generalist and independent individual contributor, partnering with leadership on people programs, employee relations, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and organizational design. Own onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, HRIS data integrity, compliance, and scalable process development. Drive platform partnership sales from prospecting through closing, build and manage pipelines, negotiate agreements, present Parafin’s embedded fintech solutions, and collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and leadership teams. Help establish the company’s partnership strategy, sales motion, and prospect experience while developing expertise in Parafin’s products and value proposition.

Build and own backend platform infrastructure powering Parafin’s lending products. Develop frameworks and capabilities that enable product teams to launch lending verticals quickly and reliably, improve infrastructure reliability, collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Data Science, and contribute through code reviews, documentation, process improvements, and mentoring.

Leads and grows a 5–6 person engineering team responsible for data infrastructure, feature store and ML platforms, and batch and real-time underwriting pipelines. Sets technical strategy, reviews designs and code, drives architecture, owns reliability and on-call processes, and partners with data science, product engineering, risk, and other stakeholders. The role requires hands-on technical leadership across data platforms, ML infrastructure, and underwriting systems.

Own the technical health of live partner integrations through monitoring, telemetry, debugging, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional issue resolution. Build scalable support tooling, automation, runbooks, and developer documentation to enable self-service support. Serve as a technical partner contact, translate recurring issues into product improvements, and work across React, Scala, Python, APIs, logs, SQL, and partner systems.

The Staff Software Engineer will lead the technical evolution of lending product platforms, collaborate with engineering teams, and mentor other engineers while enhancing software quality and system reliability.

Lead Parafin's marketing strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, product marketing, PR, and analytics. Build full-funnel acquisition and enablement programs to drive eight-figure pipeline, partner with Product and GTM on launches, scale a multidisciplinary marketing team, and define KPIs and MarTech tooling to turn data into growth.

Lead design, build, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and lakehouse infrastructure using PySpark, Databricks, and Airflow. Own data & ML platform (Terraform, Databricks), improve observability, data quality, and developer tooling, and partner closely with Data Science and engineering teams.

The Finance Data Lead is responsible for managing financial data workflows, building models and dashboards, responding to data requests, and ensuring data integrity while collaborating with various teams.

Lead and evolve Parafin's visual identity across web, social, paid, video, events, and print. Build and maintain brand systems, templates, and assets.
