Work with the Head of Product to research iGaming competitors, analyze user journeys, organize product work, and develop prototypes, dashboards, automations, and internal tools using AI coding platforms. Responsibilities include documenting findings, testing digital products, preparing recommendations and briefs, investigating product questions, reviewing completed work, and monitoring developments in iGaming, payments, digital products, and AI.

Coordinates affiliate partner deals and requests across operator partners and internal Content, SEO, BI, Tech, and Finance teams. Manages tracking links, bonus codes, creatives, terms, invoicing, onboarding, account setup, API or postback checks, partner calls, conferences, and follow-up actions. Supports competitor and market research while monitoring performance reports and ensuring affiliate agreements are accurately executed.

The role involves building and maintaining internal tools, automating tasks, basic monitoring, and using AI technologies to improve efficiency. Collaboration with a lead engineer on architecture and priorities is essential.

Lead reliability, performance, and security of web platforms while enhancing automation and AI-assisted operations. Own critical production environments and mentor teams.
