The SEO Site Manager is responsible for managing and scaling SEO performance across multiple high-value sites, driving strategies, technical SEO, and mentoring junior team members.

The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist will learn SEO fundamentals, enhance website performance, utilize AI tools, and assist in data analysis while working in a collaborative environment.

Own and scale SEO performance for multiple German-language sites end-to-end. Lead keyword strategy, site architecture, technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and monitoring. Use and extend AI-driven SEO workflows and tooling, investigate traffic or ranking drops, mentor junior SEOs, and collaborate with product, tech, and leadership on roadmap and migrations.
