Sets up and cleans dining areas, prepares and delivers meals, collects dishes and waste, cleans kitchen equipment, stocks supplies, monitors inventory, and ensures residents receive meals consistent with dietary orders. Interacts professionally with residents, families, visitors, staff, and supervisors.

Manage and improve resident and guest experience at a healthcare facility by greeting new residents, administering surveys, resolving concerns, analyzing feedback for systemic improvements, and coordinating with facility management to ensure satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care. Assist the Director of Nursing with staffing, training, audits, compliance, infection control, budgeting, scheduling, performance evaluations, and on-call supervisory duties.

Generate and manage hospital referral leads to drive admissions to skilled nursing facilities. Conduct daily hospital rounds, perform clinical assessments, coordinate admissions with central intake and facility teams, build referral relationships, coach staff, track sales activity, prepare weekly business development plans, and ensure safe patient transitions.
