Oversees the resident and family experience at a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include coordinating admissions and referrals, preparing resident arrivals, conducting tours and orientations, resolving concerns, gathering feedback, coordinating transportation vendors, ensuring timely documentation, and reporting satisfaction and grievance trends to facility leadership.

Greets residents, visitors, and callers; directs people and transfers calls; maintains staff and resident directories; performs administrative tasks; supports resident privacy and dignity; communicates concerns and incidents; follows facility policies, regulations, and safety procedures; and participates in meetings and training.
