Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts while following OSHA and facility safety procedures. The role involves outdoor work, lifting up to 75 pounds, attending required training, and supporting efficient production-line operations.

Administers auto liability, general liability, and workers’ compensation claims from reporting through resolution. Maintains claim files, monitors milestones, coordinates with insurers, TPAs, brokers, legal counsel, and internal teams, and supports investigations, reporting, audits, and renewals. Coordinates quarterly DOT drug and alcohol testing, maintains confidential compliance records, prepares claim trend reports, and supports workers’ compensation, OSHA, and regulatory documentation.

Supports grill cylinder dock and production operations by unloading, inspecting, evacuating, refilling, organizing, and loading propane cylinders. Operates material-handling equipment, refurbishes cylinders through sanding, priming, painting, and labeling, tests and replaces valves, calibrates scales, and maintains a safe, clean production area. The role requires outdoor work, physical lifting, safety awareness, and adherence to instructions.
