Supervise branch operations, dock and yard employees, customer deliveries, installations, maintenance, training, facility upkeep, and safety compliance. Coach frontline teams, lead safety initiatives, support accident investigations, maintain service standards, and collaborate with regional leadership on development programs. The role requires customer service expertise, logistics or operations experience, a Class B CDL with hazardous materials and tank vehicle qualifications, and a clean driving record.

Refurbish propane tanks and cylinders by loading, inspecting, evacuating, refilling, recertifying, sanding, priming, painting, labeling, and replacing non-compliant OPD valves. Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts while following OSHA and facility safety procedures. The role involves outdoor work, lifting up to 75 pounds, attending required training, and supporting efficient production-line operations.

Administers auto liability, general liability, and workers’ compensation claims from reporting through resolution. Maintains claim files, monitors milestones, coordinates with insurers, TPAs, brokers, legal counsel, and internal teams, and supports investigations, reporting, audits, and renewals. Coordinates quarterly DOT drug and alcohol testing, maintains confidential compliance records, prepares claim trend reports, and supports workers’ compensation, OSHA, and regulatory documentation.
