Drive new business development and account expansion across Eastern U.S. healthcare markets, primarily behavioral health, substance abuse treatment centers, psychiatric facilities, and multi-clinician practices. Identify, qualify, demonstrate, propose, and close opportunities while meeting activity and pipeline KPIs. Build relationships with clinical and financial stakeholders, navigate complex healthcare procurement, use consultative selling methodologies, and collaborate with subject matter experts, customer service, and customer success teams.

Manages psychological test product development from acquisition through completion, including author selection, content mapping, budgets, schedules, cross-functional teams, psychometric research, market analysis, technical documentation, and scholarly marketing. Supervises R&D support staff, coordinates data collection and statistical analyses, develops product roadmaps, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Production, Technology, executives, and external authors. Requires a PhD in Psychology with test development and measurement expertise.
