Teams at PAR

Lead design, deployment, and support of Microsoft Azure infrastructure; maintain AWS workloads; implement IaC (Bicep/Terraform), CI/CD, monitoring, security controls, cost governance, backup/DR, and incident response. Participate in on-call rotation, follow SDLC/change management, and collaborate on cloud architecture and platform roadmap.

Lead Strategy & Operations and Demand & Lifecycle pillars, own agency relationships and launch project management, manage Digital Marketing Manager, set KPI measurement, use AI tools (Claude) and HubSpot partners to scale demand-generation and lifecycle programs, and produce first-draft strategic marketing documents for Director review.
