Provide phone, email, fax, chat, and platform support for customers; process and ship orders same day; troubleshoot PARiConnect, InVista, and SDS issues; monitor evening commitments and assist teammates via Teams; escalate complex issues; assist with testing, documentation, and occasional events or webinars.

Apply doctoral-level psychology to create practitioner and scholarly content, interpret research, run basic statistical analyses, develop webinars and CE/training, and serve as product content SME and marketing liaison ensuring clinical accuracy and APA style.

Lead Strategy & Operations and Demand & Lifecycle pillars, own agency relationships and launch project management, manage Digital Marketing Manager, set KPI measurement, use AI tools (Claude) and HubSpot partners to scale demand-generation and lifecycle programs, and produce first-draft strategic marketing documents for Director review.
