Join Papa Community as the second backend engineer to design and build a HIPAA-compliant virtual care platform. Own system architecture, EHR and billing integrations, backend reliability, data flows for operational intelligence, and engineering practices while partnering with product and clinical stakeholders.

Provide part-time, remote telemedicine care for older adults: conduct virtual assessments, identify health-related social needs, create care plans for Community Care Advocates, perform asynchronous chart reviews, and help shape clinical workflows and care delivery.

Support pilots and nonstandard referral workflows by executing manual processes, reconciling data, documenting evolving procedures, identifying risks, and partnering cross-functionally to inform automation and SOP development.

Lead cross-functional business operations focused on client lifecycle, deal desk/pricing, implementation, and utilization. Manage 1-2 direct reports, resolve complex client escalations, own company workstreams, and optimize processes and tooling to improve scalability and financial outcomes.
