Establishes governance, documentation, architecture, and quality standards while partnering with Data Engineering, BI, Governance, Informatics, and QA. Develops and supports specialty pharmacy applications, SQL reports, data pipelines, and application components. Collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Clinical, and executive teams while serving as the subject matter expert on government healthcare programs. Represents the organization at industry and public payer forums.

Analyzes clinical workflows and operational needs to develop precise technology requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Supports clinical system configuration, integration design, data flows, and interoperability using NCPDP, HL7, and FHIR standards. Produces workflow diagrams, process models, and system documentation while collaborating with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, Data & Analytics, IT Infrastructure, and AI teams. Mentors analysts and contributes to clinical informatics standards and quality benchmarks.

Maintains accurate financial records and reporting through account reconciliations, journal entries, sales recording, fixed-asset management, audit schedules, cash-flow forecasting, and A/R and A/P monitoring. The Staff Accountant also supports budgeting, payroll processing, cash postings, and assigned accounting projects while reporting financial changes related to operational activity.

Lead ownership of the Enterprise Service Bus platform, including integration flow design, message routing, transformation logic, coding standards, monitoring, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis. Mentor ESB engineers, coordinate with Camunda and SWFTx technical leads, support enterprise pharmacy system planning, and contribute to architecture governance.

Leads health economics and outcomes research and real-world evidence projects from study design through publication.
