Support Global Infrastructure & Real Assets investment team through financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution, asset monitoring, investor and fundraising support, and market research to inform investment recommendations and deal closings.

Assess and monitor investment risk across private credit portfolios (primaries, secondaries, co-investments). Provide independent evaluations of emerging risks, ensure adherence to LPA limits, internal targets and regulations, produce risk analytics and reports, develop risk processes and tools, present findings to committees and stakeholders, and collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.

The Treasury Associate will manage treasury operations, oversee cash forecasting, sign off on capital calls and distributions, and execute FX trades. They will coordinate compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to operational improvements and system upgrades.

Support the Global Infrastructure & Real Assets team by evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and financial modeling, preparing investment recommendations, assisting deal closings and asset management, engaging with partners and clients, supporting fundraising and client requests, and performing market and sector research.

Lead structuring, negotiation and execution of infrastructure investments (primary, secondary, co-investments). Negotiate legal documentation, arrange deal-level debt and tax structuring, ensure investor onboarding and compliance (AML/KYC), coordinate closings with legal/operations/finance, sponsor process improvements, train teams, and supervise junior staff to ensure timely, accurate deal execution.

Provide high-level administrative support to Partners and Managing Directors: manage complex Outlook calendars, arrange domestic and international travel, process Concur expense reports, handle reception rotation, coordinate meetings (catering/AV), maintain filing/shared drives and office supplies, support special projects and day-to-day office operations. Role requires ~4 days in office per week.

Lead structuring, negotiation and execution of infrastructure private markets transactions including primaries, secondaries, co-investments and fund sales. Negotiate legal documentation, coordinate deal-level debt, tax and SPV structuring, ensure compliance (AML/KYC, investor restrictions), manage closings and funding, sponsor process improvements, train teams, and supervise junior staff while working with legal, operations, treasury, finance and tax stakeholders.

The Investment Specialist will drive growth for evergreen private equity funds, communicating investment strategies and performance to investors and producing analytical and marketing materials.

Lead business development and client relationship management for Pantheon’s International Private Wealth in Southeast Asia. Drive fundraising, develop regional sales strategies, manage key bank and wealth-manager relationships, support product development for evergreen and closed-ended funds, coordinate RFPs and client servicing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and high-quality client delivery.

Provide in-house legal advice for fund establishment and fundraising, draft and negotiate fund and investment documents (LPAs, PPMs, side letters, IMAs), support segregated account programmes, advise on UK/EU regulatory and compliance matters (AIFMD), draft commercial contracts, liaise with regulators, external counsel and internal teams, and assist investment teams on transaction documentation and checklists.

Lead sourcing, diligencing, execution and monitoring of European infrastructure and real assets primary funds, secondaries and co-investments. Manage financial modelling, investment materials, transaction negotiation/closing, client/fundraising engagement, external representation, and mentor junior investment team members while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Support Private Wealth Fund Finance across fund accounting oversight, fund launches, audits, valuations, third-party administrator oversight, capital events, fee and expense review, control and risk frameworks, and investor/transaction support for international private wealth products.
