Provides full-scope HR business partnering across the Americas, advising managers and employees on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations. The role supports engagement, succession, internal mobility, work authorization processes, HR analytics, policy improvements, and strategic HR projects while coaching managers and partnering with business functions.

Supports enterprise operational risk management across business functions, including process and control reviews, change initiatives, risk frameworks, incident reporting, regulatory compliance, audit support, and third-party supplier oversight. The role identifies operational risks, investigates serious incidents, recommends improvements, and provides governance and risk presentations to business leaders within a private markets investment management environment.

Supports oversight and controllership for private wealth fund structures, including reviewing administrator-prepared NAV packages, financial statements, fees, expenses, reconciliations, valuations, and investor reporting. The Associate investigates discrepancies, maintains oversight documentation and issue logs, supports audits and regulatory examinations, and helps onboard new funds and improve scalable processes. The role collaborates with Investments, Legal, Tax, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and third-party administrators.

Lead structuring, negotiation and execution of infrastructure investments (primary, secondary, co-investments). Negotiate legal documentation, arrange deal-level debt and tax structuring, ensure investor onboarding and compliance (AML/KYC), coordinate closings with legal/operations/finance, sponsor process improvements, train teams, and supervise junior staff to ensure timely, accurate deal execution.

Lead structuring, negotiation and execution of infrastructure private markets transactions including primaries, secondaries, co-investments and fund sales. Negotiate legal documentation, coordinate deal-level debt, tax and SPV structuring, ensure compliance (AML/KYC, investor restrictions), manage closings and funding, sponsor process improvements, train teams, and supervise junior staff while working with legal, operations, treasury, finance and tax stakeholders.

Serve as senior counsel for the formation, structuring, registration, governance, and ongoing operation of 40 Act registered funds investing in private markets and illiquid alternatives. Advise on SEC filings, affiliated transactions, co-investments, compliance policies, conflicts, valuations, board matters, regulatory examinations, fund documentation, and investment transactions. Partner with investment, sales, tax, finance, operations, compliance, and external counsel teams while supporting corporate legal matters and Pantheon’s US retail and semi-liquid product strategy.

Support Global Infrastructure & Real Assets investment team through financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution, asset monitoring, investor and fundraising support, and market research to inform investment recommendations and deal closings.

Assess and monitor investment risk across private credit portfolios (primaries, secondaries, co-investments). Provide independent evaluations of emerging risks, ensure adherence to LPA limits, internal targets and regulations, produce risk analytics and reports, develop risk processes and tools, present findings to committees and stakeholders, and collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
