Supports oversight and controllership for private wealth fund structures, including reviewing administrator-prepared NAV packages, financial statements, fees, expenses, reconciliations, valuations, and investor reporting. The Associate investigates discrepancies, maintains oversight documentation and issue logs, supports audits and regulatory examinations, and helps onboard new funds and improve scalable processes. The role collaborates with Investments, Legal, Tax, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and third-party administrators.

Fixed-term InfoSec GRC specialist responsible for implementing Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager across GDPR, DORA and ISO 27001; managing cyber risk, third-party risk, control testing, remediation, evidence repositories, audits, DDQs and regulatory requests. The role also improves GRC platform workflows, reporting, automation and documentation while delivering a sustainable handover at the end of the nine-month contract.

Supports Pantheon’s Product Strategy and RFP team by preparing client presentations, due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposals, and marketing collateral. Coordinates inputs from investment, management, legal, and compliance teams for business development and fundraising efforts. Maintains data used in client materials and leads ad hoc initiatives supporting the Client Solutions function. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, proofreading, and Microsoft Office skills.

Lead structuring, negotiation and execution of infrastructure investments (primary, secondary, co-investments). Negotiate legal documentation, arrange deal-level debt and tax structuring, ensure investor onboarding and compliance (AML/KYC), coordinate closings with legal/operations/finance, sponsor process improvements, train teams, and supervise junior staff to ensure timely, accurate deal execution.

Lead structuring, negotiation and execution of infrastructure private markets transactions including primaries, secondaries, co-investments and fund sales. Negotiate legal documentation, coordinate deal-level debt, tax and SPV structuring, ensure compliance (AML/KYC, investor restrictions), manage closings and funding, sponsor process improvements, train teams, and supervise junior staff while working with legal, operations, treasury, finance and tax stakeholders.

Supports multi-state US payroll processing, benefits and 401(k) administration, payroll reconciliation, tax and wage reporting, and employee payroll inquiries. Provides North America HR operations support across onboarding, offboarding, documentation, compliance, performance and compensation cycles, and HR data maintenance. Delivers Spanish-language HR and payroll support to the Colombia office, partners with UK and global HR teams, and helps improve automation and system integration.

Serve as senior counsel for the formation, structuring, registration, governance, and ongoing operation of 40 Act registered funds investing in private markets and illiquid alternatives. Advise on SEC filings, affiliated transactions, co-investments, compliance policies, conflicts, valuations, board matters, regulatory examinations, fund documentation, and investment transactions. Partner with investment, sales, tax, finance, operations, compliance, and external counsel teams while supporting corporate legal matters and Pantheon’s US retail and semi-liquid product strategy.

Lead sourcing, diligencing, execution and monitoring of European infrastructure and real assets primary funds, secondaries and co-investments. Manage financial modelling, investment materials, transaction negotiation/closing, client/fundraising engagement, external representation, and mentor junior investment team members while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Support Global Infrastructure & Real Assets investment team through financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution, asset monitoring, investor and fundraising support, and market research to inform investment recommendations and deal closings.

Assess and monitor investment risk across private credit portfolios (primaries, secondaries, co-investments). Provide independent evaluations of emerging risks, ensure adherence to LPA limits, internal targets and regulations, produce risk analytics and reports, develop risk processes and tools, present findings to committees and stakeholders, and collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.

Support the Global Infrastructure & Real Assets team by evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and financial modeling, preparing investment recommendations, assisting deal closings and asset management, engaging with partners and clients, supporting fundraising and client requests, and performing market and sector research.
