Negotiate legal documentation, coordinate deal-level debt, tax and SPV structuring, ensure compliance (AML/KYC, investor restrictions), manage closings and funding, sponsor process improvements, train teams, and supervise junior staff while working with legal, operations, treasury, finance and tax stakeholders.

Supports multi-state US payroll processing, benefits and 401(k) administration, payroll reconciliation, tax and wage reporting, and employee payroll inquiries. Provides North America HR operations support across onboarding, offboarding, documentation, compliance, performance and compensation cycles, and HR data maintenance. Delivers Spanish-language HR and payroll support to the Colombia office, partners with UK and global HR teams, and helps improve automation and system integration.
