Responsibilities include defining scope, managing project plans, dependencies, risks, requirements, vendors, testing, training, technology implementations, operational handoffs, and post-launch validation. The role coordinates RCM workflow improvements, practice onboarding, acquisition initiatives, and cross-functional teams while reporting progress and escalations to senior RCM leadership.

Provides front-office administrative support, including answering and screening calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, sorting mail, filing documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining reception-area professionalism. The role also performs basic bookkeeping and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, office equipment, communication, and business etiquette.
