Own full-cycle global recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions and time zones. Responsibilities include structured intakes, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, candidate closing, ATS management, funnel metrics, process improvement, interview calibration, stakeholder coaching, and pipeline reporting. The recruiter will help build scalable recruiting workflows, playbooks, interview kits, and hiring operations while delivering a fast, inclusive, candidate-first experience.

Own the post-sale customer lifecycle for B2B SaaS accounts, including onboarding, rollout coordination, issue resolution, account health, renewals, retention, adoption, and expansion. Lead cross-functional communication with customers and internal teams, document feedback and action items, identify churn risks and upsell opportunities, and standardize customer success processes. Requires high autonomy, urgency, strong communication, and comfort with CRM systems, workflow automation, and multi-site deployments.

Own the full B2B sales cycle, including sourcing, qualifying, and closing opportunities. Manage complex deals involving executives, operations, loss prevention, and IT; build strategic partner relationships; maintain CRM discipline; coordinate with product, implementation, and customer success teams; and represent Panoptyc in executive meetings. Frequent travel to conferences, customer meetings, and pilots is required.

Support FP&A through building and maintaining financial models, tracking KPIs, producing executive-level reporting (including board materials), partnering with department leads, and performing ad hoc analyses to inform leadership decisions and improve reporting processes.

The Associate Theft Investigator analyzes surveillance videos to identify theft incidents, documents findings, and collaborates with the team to support retail loss prevention efforts.
