Responsibilities include structured intakes, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, candidate closing, ATS management, funnel metrics, process improvement, interview calibration, stakeholder coaching, and pipeline reporting. The recruiter will help build scalable recruiting workflows, playbooks, interview kits, and hiring operations while delivering a fast, inclusive, candidate-first experience.
