Oversees HR technology roadmaps, enterprise implementations, vendor management, service delivery standards, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders while developing high-performing HR Technology and HR Service Center teams.

An 18-month rotational leadership program for upcoming graduates. Participants rotate across business functions, support strategic initiatives, analyze data, develop recommendations, improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Candidates must be graduating by June 2027, start in July 2027, work in the Greater Boston area, and meet onsite requirements at Panera’s support center.

Ten-week summer internship embedded within a Panera Support Center team. Interns contribute to business priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, develop recommendations and insights, participate in leadership development, and complete an executive-sponsored case study presented to senior leaders. The role requires extensive travel, independent decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, presentations, and occasional nights or weekends.

Lead strategy and execution for Panera's digital and loyalty analytics, translating customer data into commercial growth, running experiments and incrementality tests, querying large datasets (SQL), optimizing CDP and tracking, and managing a small analytics team to drive CLV, retention, and EBITDA impact.

Write complex SQL to extract and validate loyalty and transaction data, measure CRM campaign performance, run A/B test analyses, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and perform customer segmentation and behavioral analyses to inform loyalty and digital strategy.

Own category-level supply planning for core menu, tests, promotions, LTOs and transitions. Monitor inventory and supply health, manage supplier and distributor relationships, develop reporting/KPIs, support sourcing and distribution efforts, resolve shortages and recalls, and provide analyses to improve supply chain efficiency and service.
