Lead and execute full‑cycle recruiting strategy, build diverse candidate pipelines, advise leaders on talent trends and workforce planning, improve TA processes and metrics, manage ATS and vendor relationships, and coach and develop TA team to meet hiring needs during business transformation.

Design, develop, and maintain multimedia training curricula and performance support for restaurant team members and managers. Create eLearning, video, storyboards, scripts, and trainer materials; manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams, evaluate learning effectiveness, and support launch, translation, and distribution of training assets.

Lead UX teams to define product vision, scope projects, conduct user research, and produce deliverables (user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, lo-fi and hi-fi mockups). Manage resources, timelines, and designer development; establish standardized UX processes; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing; and present and evangelize design across the organization.
