Leads the enterprise IT PMO, governing project portfolios, prioritization, investment decisions, resource capacity, financial performance, risk management, and executive reporting. Establishes governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and dashboards while managing PMO staff and improving portfolio transparency, delivery predictability, and strategic alignment. Partners with business and IT leaders to balance competing priorities, optimize resources, and guide enterprise technology investments.

Researches, applies, and reconciles customer payments for corporate catering and other accounts. Responsibilities include resolving unapplied payments, collecting outstanding invoices, preparing journal entries and invoices, responding to customer inquiries, supporting catering teams, producing management reporting notes, and assisting with receivables processes.

Provides tier-one HR technology support through phone, email, and ServiceNow; analyzes and audits system data; supports Workday reporting, testing, documentation, data gathering, process improvements, and change management. The role coordinates multiple projects, assists with file retention and retrieval, resolves end-user issues within a 24-hour SLA, and maintains knowledge of HR processes and system requirements.
