The Director of Supply Chain Financial Planning & Analysis partners with leadership to optimize costs, lead forecasting, and enhance financial reporting and analysis processes.

Lead curriculum design and development, manage a team of instructional designers, oversee content maintenance and updates, collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, apply instructional design and project management methods, measure and iterate on learning programs, and ensure alignment with brand and business needs.

Lead and execute full‑cycle recruiting strategy, build diverse candidate pipelines, advise leaders on talent trends and workforce planning, improve TA processes and metrics, manage ATS and vendor relationships, and coach and develop TA team to meet hiring needs during business transformation.
