Teams at Pandoblox

Manages client and internal ITSM projects, including Help Desk and managed services engagements. Coordinates teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, requirements, risks, stakeholders, and project documentation. Monitors tickets and SLA compliance through ITSM platforms while supporting recurring service operations and discrete project milestones. Oversees application and systems delivery, maintains project and task tracking, and communicates progress to users, IT teams, and senior management.

Manage multiple data-focused projects spanning architecture, migration, ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and BI dashboards. Coordinate engineers, architects, analysts, vendors, and client stakeholders while owning project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, governance, data quality, and reporting. Translate technical requirements for nontechnical audiences, manage matrix teams, track work and time, and ensure delivery within scope and tolerances.

Provides embedded accounting support for client engagements, owning month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, financial reporting, discrepancy resolution, and ERP operations. The consultant adapts to varied client processes and systems, recommends workflow and control improvements, documents procedures, and communicates engagement status and risks. This is a flexible, part-time remote role requiring at least four-hour work blocks and availability for US Pacific business hours when needed.
