Own the full B2B sales cycle for managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and project services. Responsibilities include generating pipeline, leading technical discovery, designing solutions, scoping and pricing statements of work, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and handing off engagements to delivery. The role requires MSP sales experience, strong technical fluency, CRM and forecasting discipline, consultative selling skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders from IT managers through executives.

Manages client and internal ITSM projects, including Help Desk and managed services engagements. Coordinates teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, requirements, risks, stakeholders, and project documentation. Monitors tickets and SLA compliance through ITSM platforms while supporting recurring service operations and discrete project milestones. Oversees application and systems delivery, maintains project and task tracking, and communicates progress to users, IT teams, and senior management.

Provides embedded accounting support for client engagements, owning month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, financial reporting, discrepancy resolution, and ERP operations. The consultant adapts to varied client processes and systems, recommends workflow and control improvements, documents procedures, and communicates engagement status and risks. This is a flexible, part-time remote role requiring at least four-hour work blocks and availability for US Pacific business hours when needed.
