Hands-on senior data engineer role building and operating client-specific ELT pipelines and three-layer dbt projects on cloud warehouses (pref. BigQuery). Own pipeline operations, reconciliation and testing, semantic layer/metric definitions (Cube.dev), freshness/anomaly monitoring, PII-aware quality frameworks, and translate client domain discovery into reliable business marts to power dashboards and AI queries.

Own and evolve the client-delivery infrastructure: maintain Terraform/OpenTofu IaC, enforce GCP multi-tenancy and runtime isolation, implement keyless identity and CI/CD (GitHub Actions/OIDC), ensure observability, cost attribution, security posture, and provide on-call incident response while collaborating with delivery teams.

Recruit, onboard, activate, coach, and manage a network of fractional/advisory CxO partners to drive partner-sourced POVs and annual contracts. Own partner CRM and pipeline, run weekly reviews, enable partners with AI-generated briefs and demos, and ensure partner compensation and retention. Target time-to-first-meeting is 30 days and travel is ~25%.
